Merchants create storefronts and offers in the Cyannect Merchant Dashboard, shoppers claim those offers, and the purchase happens on the merchant's own website and checkout.Merchants pay a Performance Fee only when Cyannect verifies an eligible sale attributed to their offer. Views, clicks, coupon claims and checkout visits by themselves never create a fee. The Basic plan is CA$0 per month with a Performance Fee of 7.75% of the eligible sale value or CA$3.79 per Verified Sale, whichever is higher; Starter and Pro plans offer lower Performance Fees for a monthly subscription, with no long-term contract.
