Cyannect is a Canadian marketplace for verified merchant offers. Every merchant and every offer is reviewed before it is published, so shoppers see real discounts from real businesses instead of expired or misleading coupon codes.
Shoppers claim an offer on Cyannect and then complete their purchase directly on the merchant's own website, through the merchant's own checkout and payment gateway. Cyannect never collects or processes the shopper's payment.
When a purchase is confirmed as an eligible Verified Sale, eligible shoppers earn 1.20% standard Cyannect cashback. Cashback stays pending during the confirmation period and becomes available once the sale is confirmed. Returns or refunds can reverse cashback when the purchase becomes ineligible.
Merchants pay a Performance Fee only when Cyannect verifies an eligible sale attributed to their offer. Views, clicks, coupon claims and checkout visits by themselves never create a fee. The Basic plan is CA$0 per month with a Performance Fee of 7.75% of the eligible sale value or CA$3.79 per Verified Sale, whichever is higher; Starter and Pro plans offer lower Performance Fees for a monthly subscription, with no long-term contract.
